I create web sites that are attractively simple, logical and easy to navigate. It's as simple as that.

I conceptualize with the client, create a design based on the client's needs and audience, and build a site based on the client's approval of my proposal. While getting my degree in advertising, I learned one steadfast rule: a flashy commercial gets attention, but the audience usually remembers the commercial and not the product. So it is with websites. What most audiences want from a web site is usability, a simple interface, and relevance. This has been my focus for the past 10 years.

My 15 years as a technical writer has taught me how to focus on an audience and speak to them in terms they will understand. The same skills are needed in web site design and the delivery of content.
